Heart Attacks does not happen due to Obesity; Research

coronary heart attack

As you know that everybody is saying that heart attacks happen due to the obesity. But the research on the heart attacks shows different results. In the research, they found that the heart attacks happen, due to very less movement of the body

According to the new research, coronary heart disease (the blood vessel that gives blood to the heart) does not happen due to obesity, it happened due to very less movement of the body or being very less active physically.

The article published at the American College of Cardiology magazine states that instead of reducing weight, being physically active, helps in the coronary heart disease treatment and it is very helpful. Norwegian University researcher Trine Moholdith and his colleagues studied the effects of obesity on 3307 patients, or increased body fat and physical activity.

The thirty-year research study showed that the number of patients who increased their body weight, no one died due to the heart attack or coronary heart disease. But those who have reduced weight, but are not physically active they had a mortality rate of 1.3 percent.

Similarly, the patients who kept the weight normal but the mortality rates of those who were physically dynamic were 0.64 percent. If patients start doing their daily task by themselves and are more active then the chances of coronary heart disease will reduce to zero.

blood vessels with or without plagure

In the Coronary Heart Disease “coronary artery” has a barrier in the form of a plague, which stops blood flow and heart muscle does not get the sufficient amount of blood to perform their function, this is called Myocardial Infarction.

This disease can be removed by side and side when needed. People suffering from heart disease cannot do the exercise fully, therefore experts say that everyday tasks should be done and lightweight exercises should also be made of a normal part life.

In the earlier research, it was stated very clearly that patients suffering from coronary heart disease death ratio are very high.
